Matt B., Matty K., Indigo Monk and friend of IAM Mikaela Casey poses for a group photo while taking a break in the lodge. The athletes came back with some good results from the Revolution Tour in Boreal along with motivation to win the next Revolution stop in Mt. Hood, Oregon.

Getting Grocceries

Moo makes getting groceries fun! Always being the IAM Student Representative, she assists in choosing the best food, snacks and any other grocery goodies that the athletes would be sure to enjoy! Just wish we could get Tim Tams for the Kiwis!

Aspen Open

The Aspen Open is now in its fifth year, the Aspen/Snowmass Open is a must-attend event. The event will featured a prize purse of $50,000. Held at Buttermilk, this event allows skiers and snowboarders, men and women, the opportunity to compete on the Winter X Games 14 slopestyle course and 22-foot superpipe before they open to the public.

The athletes of IAM that competed had a great experience there. They all learned something new and were stoked on riding the X Games course. Indigo Monk had a great finish in pipe making the finals! This was a great achievement for her since she excels in slopestyle and just did pipe for fun. Way to go, Indigo!

IAM NIGHT-Tye Dying!

Indigo's hands after a night of tye dying shoes, socks, sweatshirts and t-shirts! At least this will wash off at some point, unlike the concrete they excitedly tye dyed.
A couple of them made matching tye dyed shoes, they turned out awesome!!!

Tim's shirt was one that turned out the best!
Getting the whites all banded up for tye dying!

Meet Moo

Madeline, but is known as "Moo" by all. She arrived in January from Bend, Oregon for our second semester ready to rip up the mountain. She enjoys both competitive skiing as well as days on the mountain filming. Her outgoing attitude and love for all makes her loved by all. She's a great addition to IAM and we are happy to have her apart of the program!

Meet the Kiwis

Tim and Benji at the Denver Nuggets game!
Benji Sutherland comes from the Town of Wanaka, New Zealand. He's here to work on his slopestyle game as well as compete in some American competitions. One of the biggest being the National Championships!
Tim Herbert arrived with Benji in January from Wanaka as well. He's a friend to all, but a threat on the mountain as he continues to improve on jumps and in the halfpipe. He aims to compete in the National Championships as well.
Scott Brodie arrived a week later from the same town as Benji and Tim, Wanaka, NZ! A skate boarder at heart he enjoys skating it up at Woodward at Copper, but takes his skate style to the mountain off of jumps rails and any other feature he can get his board on. He too hopes to compete in the 2010 National Championships!
